Giovanni has been great with everything here at the Mari-Don apartments. I’ve been living here for over 5 years now and he has been awesome for every issue that I’ve had. Whenever I need maintenance he is quick to respond and makes sure the issue gets solved in a timely manner including helpful suggestions. He’s always here cleaning, fixing and maintaining the property to make sure everything is always clean, presentable and working properly and it shows. Giovanni is the ultimate professional and always nice to talk to.
I just can’t say enough about Mason Hwu and the amount of respect I have for him as a professional and a person. He is incredibly knowledgeable, has outstanding people skills and is tenacious about helping you. We had several obstacles to overcome to be able to buy and Mason never gave up on us and was there backing us up at every turn. And most importantly communication is key, personally it is a difficulty for me but Mason skills at sincerely listening and patiently explaining was a much needed breath of fresh air and created trust.
