I’ve been renting through WPI real estate for over 2 years now and I can not recommend them enough! Allison has been SO amazing throughout our entire stay. She is very responsive and on top of everything. I feel very thankful to rent through them and to have her as a landlord.
TC Wu is an ideal agent– he’s been in Seattle real state for over 20 years and he knows all of the neighborhoods, their investment potential/ numbers/ stats, and looks at past and future trends. He also sees intangibles like curb appeal, good design, and neighborhood appeal. He is extremely patient and accessible, which was really important as we were the most difficult of clients, being from out of town, not knowing the area well, and wanting to see houses from Sammamish to Mercer Island to Seattle neighborhoods near UW. TC took us on a packed tour, wanting to maximize our time in Seattle, and letting us form our own opinions, while listening and learning to read our tastes and real state needs. He gave his well-considered opinion but was never pushy and we never felt like he had an agenda other than helping us find the right house for our family. He is also extremely kind-hearted and rescued an abandoned cat while in the middle of our packed house-hunting! I would definitely go back to TC Wu and highly recommend him and his work!
