I’ve renting in Seattle for the last 14 years, and I recently moved into a little apartment in a WPI property. The place is cozy and relatively affordable. It has a rooftop deck for the building, a washer and dryer in the unit, and lots of windows. I knew all this before moving in, but yu never know what the management is going to be like. I am happy to say that Giovanni has been a great manager since I moved in. He takes a real interest in residents’ concerns and seems to have established very good rapport with community members. And he can often be seen actively working to keep the property tidy and comfortable. The combination of location, price, amenities and management make this a five star move for me.
