I just can’t say enough about Mason Hwu and the amount of respect I have for him as a professional and a person. He is incredibly knowledgeable, has outstanding people skills and is tenacious about helping you. We had several obstacles to overcome to be able to buy and Mason never gave up on us and was there backing us up at every turn. And most importantly communication is key, personally it is a difficulty for me but Mason skills at sincerely listening and patiently explaining was a much needed breath of fresh air and created trust. Thankyou so much Mason!!
Giovanni Amadeo was my property manager (and neighbor!) for a little over a year. He was a wonderful property manager! Giovanni always responded very quickly to all messages and worked on solutions for any issues as quickly as he could, and he was amazing with assisting me with extending our lease by just a few months so that we could avoid looking for short-term housing between leases. I would absolutely consider renting another property managed by WPI.
