Gio Amadeo made life easier helping me locate a great rental during a challenging time in my life. He is affable and responsive. Initially I met him at a unit in Fremont. After learning more about my living needs he offered a unit in Wallingford at the Mari-Don for a reasonable price. This was fortuitous since my 6th grader was able to walk to his school. The property grounds are well manicured with weekly landscaping. I attribute that to his attention to detail. I appreciated his availability to help. He replaced the Microwave and put up security lights in record time. He would keep me up to date with helpful text messages. Gio is also a great human being. I enjoyed learning about his volunteering experiences and family life. People at the property treated each other with respect and over the holidays one of my neighbors dropped off peppermint fudge. I felt fortunate to experience life in a great neighborhood close to Meridian park with cool neighbors. The unit was well kept with modern appliances and recessed lighting, updated bath and spacious kitchen. I had a very positive experience with Gio and living at the Mari-Don.

Puts the previous property management companies we’ve had to shame. Put a very successful Zoom meeting together for our annual meeting (due to virus situation). thanks for the great help!
