I have been living in this apartment for almost 4 years and it has been great. Giovanni is a super responsive landlord and very friendly. We’ve had a few maintenance issues and he always goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. Definitely recommend this apartment and Giovanni!
I just can’t say enough about Mason Hwu and the amount of respect I have for him as a professional and a person. He is incredibly knowledgeable, has outstanding people skills and is tenacious about helping you. We had several obstacles to overcome to be able to buy and Mason never gave up on us and was there backing us up at every turn. And most importantly communication is key, personally it is a difficulty for me but Mason skills at sincerely listening and patiently explaining was a much needed breath of fresh air and created trust.
