Over the past year and a half since I first moved to Seattle, Giovanni Amadeo has been extremely helpful and accommodating. As the property manager of the building I currently live in he always goes out of his way to make sure we’re comfortable and that all our apartment needs are taken care of. He has gone above and beyond with any request I’ve had of him, even allowing me to use his personal tools. He’s always a pleasure to talk to, very professional and takes great care of the building & surrounding property. I can’t say enough good things about Giovanni!
