Our daughter moved to Seattle last summer to attend grad school at UW. We called on a sign, and Giovanni Amadeo answered the phone and invited us to see the unit right then and there. What great service we received immediately! We loved the apartment, and “Gio” worked with us to get our daughter moved in a timely fashion and made sure the unit was spic and span with fresh paint, new carpet, new appliances…everything he promised was DONE! The complex is very well kept and managed. We are extremely happy with the location and this building. Gio is friendly and aims to provide excellent service. Thanks Gio!
