I stayed at the property on Francis Ave N and this is in regards to working with Giovanni. He was so pleasant to work with. Easy to communicate with and a genuinely caring human who was always willing to help if I ever had any issues. The property was great, and the tenants were very quiet, not a lot of kids. I was told no pets, however know tenants who got pets at a later period.
