Founded originally as a private family investment company, WPI, with two offices in both Seattle and Bellevue, represents private individuals and corporations in Seattle, Bellevue and the Greater Eastside, as well as international clients from Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China. With an extensive international outreach, several WPI brokers and property managers are bilingual and offer real estate sales and property management services in Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Taiwanese, and Spanish. Currently, WPI manages over 1000 commercial and residential units and helps its clients buy and sell millions of dollars’ worth of real estate annually.
