You also have the opportunity to use a debit or credit card but understand that a convenience fee is charged by Mutual of Omaha Bank. To set up your account, please go to www.mutualofomahabank.com:
1. Select "Go" which is located next to the "Make a Payment-Pay
HOA Assessment" bar to the left of the screen.
2. From here, you will be guided through the steps to set up your
one-time or recurring payments.
3. Please note that you will need the following to set-up online
a Management ID # 5547
b. Community ID # as listed on coupon or statement
c. Account # as listed on coupon or statement
