Online Homeowner Association Dues Payment Instructions

In order to use the online payment system, please do the following:

Click on "Resource Center" on www.wpirealestate.com

Under "Homeowners Association Section" click on "Dues Payment"

Click on the "First Time Users - Make a Payment" green hyperlink button

You can find your property by looking at a property list of Washington State, or you can enter some property info to filter your search.

Enter your names as they appear on your payment coupons and create your login.

Click continue and then follow the online instructions to enter your bank information and payment instructions.

Please ensure that you allow sufficient time for your payment to be processed and RECEIVED by WPI Real Estate Services, Inc., by the late date or all late fees will apply. (AT LEAST two business days are required)

If you have trouble with the system you can call Customer Support at (866) 289-5977. Alternatively, if you are unable to complete the sign up process, please contact your property manager and we can setup a user name and password for you.
