WPI’s Homeowner Association Management Division offers a wide range of services including fee collection, rules enforcement, common-area maintenance and 24-hour emergency service.  We can also negotiate contracts, prepare annual budgets and monthly financial reports and handle accounts receivable and payable.

We are located at 9500 Roosevelt Way NE in Seattle, just a few minutes from the NE 92nd Street exit off of I-5.  Our sales and property management office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and our sales agents and property management professionals will gladly make any weekend or after hours appointments for you as well.
